Our return policy

We want you to love your Seonatt piece. Here's how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Made-to-order items

Every Seonatt piece is printed and produced specifically for your order. Because of this, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. Please check the size guide on each product page carefully before ordering.

Defective, damaged, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you. Email mechai@noroaa.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after ordering, cancellations can only be accommodated within a few hours of purchase. Email us immediately and we'll do our best to stop production before it begins.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's issued.
