Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Because each piece is made on demand, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues — please consult our size guide before ordering. We do accept returns for defective or damaged items.

To initiate a return, email us at mechai@noroaa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item.
